Over the past two decades I’ve worked in education, helping adults learn complex skills, build new habits, and make lasting change. One thing I noticed about many people's lives: they were more complex than their life systems could comfortably support.

This short scorecard helps you see where your life is stable, where overload is building, and where your life may have become more complicated than it needs to be. At the end, you’ll receive a brief explanation of your current pattern and a practical next step for stabilising and simplifying your life systems. The quiz takes about 3–4 minutes to complete.
